The bedroom was large and incredible. It had garden views. The staff was caring providing the information.

Everything was great, including caring stuff and peaceful location close to city centre. Location not far from the nature and jungle, yummy restaurants and cafés nearby and Ubud Palace. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Abraj al Bait Mall Towers. Lovely experience there.

The room was fantastic, the staff was friendly, and the central location was a great bonus.

I truly enjoyed my stay and didn’t want to leave this wonderful hotel. I had a lovely three nights here, and the location was absolutely perfect. the bed was very comfy, and the spacious double room made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel!

We loved the hotel facilities, including the beautiful infinity pool and spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed, and the breakfast was lovely each morning. Despite being close to the city center, it felt like a quiet oasis and was easy to reach after a long hike back from the main road with our young children.

We spent our New Year at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We had a great breakfast every morning, and they even had floating breakfast in the infinity pool. The pool had a beautiful view and the tropical surroundings were breathtaking. Another good thing about the hotel was its central location, which was very convenient for us to explore the city.

Getting to the hotel was a bit difficult as it required walking through backstreets that were dark at night. it was not easily accessible by car, which could be a problem for some guests.

The location of this hotel was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions. Despite the hike back to the main road being challenging, there were many great food spots along the way. the staff was incredibly helpful and always available, making the stay even more enjoyable.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the accommodations that made the stay less pleasant than expected.

Spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel located in the heart of town with easy access to great shopping and food. Enjoyed the stunning pool surrounded by tropical views and the helpful and friendly staff that made my stay comfortable. the room was clean, quiet, and felt like home with its comfy bed.

Although the hotel was centrally located, the path to the hotel was very small and I found it quite scary to go outside walking at night since there were no street lights. the room amenities were a little outdated and could use some renovation to be more up-to-date and modern.
